Automation for makers, trades and small workshops · Sunshine Coast · Australia-wide

Automate the bits you didn't sign up for.

You started your business to build, make, fix or grow things. We find the jobs you do over and over, set them up to run themselves, and keep them running. So you get back to the work you love.

62%of construction and trade businesses spend more time quoting, invoicing or scheduling than they do on the tools.
70%of small business owners have had no formal training in AI tools. Setting tools up and getting them used is the part we do.

Try it, free, right now

Type one job you do over and over.

Get an honest first take in about ten seconds: whether it could run itself, what you might already have that does it, and roughly what it would cost. If it's not worth automating, it'll say so.

What you type goes to Claude (Anthropic's AI) to write the answer. It isn't saved or emailed. How we handle your details.

See it work

From their phone to your office, and back.

One enquiry, start to finish, in twenty seconds. It's the same system running on this website.

  1. They tell you the job on your website, from their phone.
  2. They hear back instantly a “got it” email in your name.
  3. It lands in your office and AI drafts a reply from what they wrote.
  4. You check it, press Approve nothing goes out without your OK.
  5. Your reply arrives personal, signed, from your own email.
Demo: the business and names are made up.

What we automate

Pick the job you'd most like to never do again.

Each one is a fixed-price setup, usually live in one to two weeks. Pick your trade to see where businesses like yours usually start.

How we work

The things people ask before they start.

Privacy and whether it actually works come up first, so here's how we handle both.

We fix it free for 30 days

If something we built doesn't work as agreed in the first 30 days, we fix it at no cost.

Stored in Australia, on our own Sydney server

Your records live on our own server in Sydney, and they stay yours. Export everything, any time, in formats anyone can open. No lock-in: care is month to month. The privacy page lists the few outside services we use.

You approve how it sounds

Nothing goes to a customer until you've approved the wording. A person checks the setup, not just software.

Off-the-shelf first

If a good tool already exists, we set that up instead of building one. Cheaper for you, easier to replace.

Who you'll deal with

For twenty years I've helped big companies get the most out of what they pay for. Now I want small businesses to have that same help, so they can hold their own against the bigger fish.
Anthony Sarmonikas, founder · Coolum Beach

My career has been in customer success: sitting with the people who use a system every day, finding what gets in their way, and making it work for them. Large companies have whole teams doing that. Most small businesses have nobody, even though the tools are now within their reach.

So that's what I do. I listen first, start with one job, and only suggest what will make your week easier. If something isn't worth automating, I'll tell you.

  • 20+years in customer success and IT service delivery, helping large organisations get value from their systems
  • 1person you deal with, start to finish. Sunshine Coast based; I'll come to the workshop.
  • AUAustralia-wide by video, for businesses beyond the Coast.

Questions

Straight answers.

Do I have to change my software?

Usually not. We start with what you already use, like Xero, Gmail, Outlook, your website and your phone, and connect the gaps.

I'm not very techy. Will I cope?

That's who this is for. You approve things with a tap, and we show you and your team how it works at your place. If it's confusing, that's ours to fix.

Do you use AI?

Where it genuinely helps, like drafting a reply, a quote or a post about a build. It only works from the facts you give it, a person (you) approves anything a customer sees, and your data isn't used to train anyone's models.

Do you only work on the Sunshine Coast?

We're based in Coolum Beach and happily come to workshops across the Coast. For businesses elsewhere in Australia, we do it all by video and screen share.

Can I get help paying for it?

Sometimes. The Queensland Government has announced funding to help small businesses adopt AI, but it isn't open for applications yet. When something fits your business, we'll tell you and help with the paperwork.

Free, no obligation

Tell us the job you'd most like to hand over.

One sentence is plenty. We'll come back with whether it can run itself, roughly what it would take, and the simplest way to do it. Even if the simplest way isn't us.

  1. Tell us the job. What you do, how often, and what you use now.
  2. We reply within a working day to set up a 20-minute chat, at your workshop or on video.
  3. You get a written list of your repeat jobs, which to automate first, and a fixed price for each.

We only use your details to reply. No mailing list unless you ask. How we handle your details.
