For cabinet makers and joiners
Less time quoting kitchens at night. More time at the bench.
Every kitchen, vanity and built-in runs the same way: measure, quote, deposit, make, install, final invoice. We set up the paperwork between those steps to run itself, in your words and from your own prices.
The repeat bits in a joinery week
Turning a site measure into a quote
Your measurements, board and hardware list go into a draft quote built from your own rates. You check it and send.
Chasing the deposit
When the quote is accepted, a deposit invoice is raised in Xero straight away, with a friendly reminder if it sits unpaid.
Telling the client where their job is up to
A short update at the points you choose: materials ordered, in production, install booked.
Keeping install photos and sign-off
Photos of the finished install and the client's sign-off stay with the job, so a question a year later is easy to answer.
The final invoice and the review
Job marked done, the final invoice goes out in Xero, and the client is asked for a Google review.

Questions
I quote from a spreadsheet I built myself. Can you use it?
Usually, yes. Your spreadsheet is often the best starting point, because it's already how you price. We turn it into the price list the draft quotes are built from.
Can it handle variations after the quote?
Yes. A variation becomes its own small quote for the client to accept, and it's added to the final invoice so nothing gets left off.
Does it replace my design software?
No. Keep using what you design and cut with. We look after the admin around it: quotes, invoices, updates and records.
Do I need Xero?
It works best with Xero, because invoices can be raised there directly. If you use something else, ask in the free chat and we'll tell you plainly what's possible.
