For sign makers, wraps and print
From quote request to installed sign, without the paper chase.
Most jobs start with a photo and a rough size, then go through a quote, a proof or two, production and install. We set up the steps between so quotes go out faster and every approval is easy to find.
The repeat bits in a sign shop week
Quoting from photos and sizes
The customer's photos, sizes and material choice become a draft quote from your price list. You check it and send.
Getting proofs approved
The proof goes to the customer with a one-click approve, and the approval is saved on the job with the date.
Knowing which version they signed off
Every proof and every approval stays with the job, so the right file goes to print.
Install photos
Photos of the finished sign or wrap are saved with the job, ready for your portfolio and any later question.
Invoice and review
Job done, the invoice is raised in Xero and the customer is asked for a Google review.

Questions
Does it work with my design software?
Yes, it sits alongside it. You keep designing where you do now. We handle the quote, the proof approval and the invoice around the job.
Can customers approve proofs on their phone?
Yes. The approval link works on any phone, and the date and the version they approved are saved on the job.
Our pricing is per square metre plus extras. Can it quote that?
Usually, yes. Square-metre rates, materials, laminate and install are exactly the kind of pattern a draft quote can follow. You approve each one.
Can install photos go on our website?
Yes, as an add-on: a few photos and a line or two become a short post about the job, and nothing goes public until you press Publish.
