Progress claims
When a stage is signed off, the matching claim is raised in Xero for you to check.
The review after handover

Final claim raised, photos kept with the job, review request sent.

Yes. That's a website with a price builder: customers pick a size and options and get a price sheet by email straight away, and you get the enquiry in one list.
Do you lodge council applications?
No, that stays with you or your certifier. We keep track of where each one is up to, so nothing waits longer than it needs to.
Can it handle progress claims?
Yes. Your stages and percentages are set up once, and each claim is raised in Xero when you sign the stage off.
Do you only work on the Sunshine Coast?
We're in Coolum Beach and happily come to you anywhere on the Coast. Elsewhere in Australia, we do it all by video.
