For fabricators and welding workshops
Quotes, job sheets and records that keep up with the workshop.
Gates, balustrades, brackets, one-off repairs: lots of small jobs, each with its own quote, job sheet and invoice. We set up the repeat paperwork so it follows the job through the shop without being retyped.
The repeat bits in a fab shop week
Pricing jobs from drawings and photos
A customer's sketch or photos plus your notes become a draft quote from your steel, labour and finishing rates.
Writing the job sheet
An accepted quote becomes the job sheet, with the materials and the due date already on it. No retyping.
Knowing where each job is up to
The team ticks off steps on a tablet in the workshop, so the office can see progress without walking out to ask.
Keeping proof of the work
Photos of welds, finishes and the finished job are kept with each job, ready for warranty questions or a builder's paperwork.
Invoicing on Friday
Finished jobs turn into Xero invoices with the right items and prices, ready for you to check.

Questions
My blokes won't use a computer. Will this work?
It's big buttons on a tablet: take the photo, tick the step. If it slows the workshop down, that's ours to fix. Paper job sheets can still be printed if the team prefers.
We do a lot of small cash-style jobs. Is it worth it?
Often more so, because small jobs carry the same quote and invoice work as big ones. Start with the one job you repeat most. The free chat tells you whether it's worth automating.
Can it keep records a builder or certifier asks for?
Yes. That's what MakerFlow Records is for: each step's photo and sign-off, time-stamped and sealed so it can't be changed later.
Do you know steel prices?
No, and we won't guess. Quotes are built only from the rates and price list you give us, and you approve every one.
